Opero Works is a network of professional-grade workspaces designed for deep work. Unlike typical coworking spaces, we focus on privacy, silence, and high-performance infrastructure.
No. We operate on a strictly "Pay-As-You-Go" model. You book by the hour or day. However, creating a free account allows you to save payment details and view booking history.
2. Bookings & Payments
Yes. More than 24 hours notice: Full refund. Less than 24 hours: No refund, but we can offer credit for emergencies.
Invoices are automatically generated and emailed upon booking completion. You can also download them from your Account > Booking History page.
3. Access & Facilities
You will receive a unique 6-digit PIN code via email and SMS 1 hour before your booking starts. This code works on the main entrance and your specific room/desk.
We guarantee 100Mbps+ up/down at all locations. If speed tests show lower performance, send a screenshot to support for a full refund of your booking.
4. Guests & Conduct
No. Single desk bookings are for one person only. If you need to collaborate, please book a Meeting Room or Private Office.
